Getting Started

How do I save my parking location?
Tap the "Save Here" button on the main screen. Your current GPS location will be saved instantly. You can also add a photo, notes, floor number, and zone to help you remember exactly where you parked.
How do I find my car?
Once you've saved a parking spot, the app shows a compass with distance and direction to your car. Tap "Navigate" to open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze. Premium users can also use AR Navigation or Haptic Radar.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! Your parking location is saved on your device and the compass/distance work without internet. The map view may require internet to load tiles, but your saved coordinates and navigation are always available offline.
Can I share my parking location?
Yes. Tap the share button on the active parking screen to send your location via Messages, WhatsApp, or any other app. The recipient will get a map link they can open to find your car.

Premium Features

What is AR Navigation?
AR Navigation uses your camera to show an augmented reality arrow pointing directly to your car. Simply hold up your phone and follow the arrow. It's especially useful in large parking lots and multi-level garages where the map alone isn't enough.
What is Haptic Radar?
Haptic Radar makes your phone vibrate with increasing intensity as you get closer to your car. The vibrations get stronger and more frequent the nearer you are. You can find your car even with your phone in your pocket.
How does Auto-Park Detection work?
Auto-Park automatically saves your parking location when you disconnect from your car's Bluetooth. Go to Settings > Auto-Park and select your car's Bluetooth device. The app detects when you leave your car and saves the spot with zero manual input.
Is Premium a subscription?
No! Premium is a one-time purchase. Pay once and unlock all 15+ premium features forever. No recurring charges, no hidden fees. You can also restore your purchase on any device with the same Apple ID.

Troubleshooting

Location is not accurate
Make sure Location Services are enabled for Parked in Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Select "While Using the App" or "Always" for best accuracy. GPS accuracy depends on your environment — indoor locations and parking garages may have lower accuracy due to signal obstruction.
AR Navigation is not working
AR Navigation requires camera access. Go to Settings > Parked > Camera and enable access. Make sure you're holding your phone upright and there's enough light for the camera to detect surfaces. AR works best outdoors or in well-lit environments.
Auto-Park is not detecting my car
Make sure your car's Bluetooth is paired with your iPhone. Go to Parked Settings > Auto-Park and select your car's Bluetooth device. You also need "Always" location access enabled for background detection to work.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If the restore doesn't work, try restarting the app or signing out and back into your Apple ID.
Notifications not working
Go to your device Settings > Notifications > Parked and make sure notifications are enabled. Check that "Allow Notifications" is on and that alerts, banners, and sounds are enabled. If using a timer, make sure you set it before leaving the parking spot.
