1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Parked ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2 Description of Service
Parked is a parking location app that helps you remember where you parked your car. The App provides features including:
- Saving parking locations with one tap
- Map and compass navigation to your car
- Parking timer with notifications
- AR Navigation (Premium)
- Haptic Radar (Premium)
- Auto-Park Detection (Premium)
- Apple Watch app (Premium)
- Live Activity and Widgets (Premium)
- Siri Shortcuts (Premium)
- Parking history and statistics
3 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4 In-App Purchases
The App offers a Premium upgrade as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Premium unlocks additional features as described in the App.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Premium purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription or recurring fees
- You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID
5 User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the App while driving or in any way that could endanger yourself or others
- Not rely solely on the App for navigation in emergency situations
- Verify your parking location independently when safety is a concern
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
6 Accuracy Disclaimer
The App relies on your device's GPS and sensors for location accuracy. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of location data
- GPS signal availability in all locations
- Accuracy in underground parking or indoor environments
- Continuous availability of AR or navigation features
Always use common sense and verify your surroundings when navigating to your vehicle.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Parking tickets, fines, or towing costs
- Vehicle damage, theft, or vandalism
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any other damages arising from use of the App
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9 Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and graphics, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
11 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
